- I am originally from Long Island, New York, but my love of exploring and learning have led me many places while my love for the outdoors has led me to Alaska. I have lived here for 9+ years and am an avid backcountry snowboarder; I love to get out and climb big steep lines, but I really love flying down them. Currently I am learning how to kiteboard which is becoming quit addictive.
